“Fake dating your best friend for the Christmas holidays at their family home and falling for one of their relatives” is possibly my favourite romance trope, and this is up their with the best of the trope. I was so excited when I read the blurb for this, pre-ordered it, and read it the second it was released. It didn’t disappoint. In fact, it exceeded my expectations.
I loved the slow build-up of feelings between the main characters. I love when a character doesn’t realise they have feelings for the other, and then it suddenly occurs to them, and this book delivers on that.
Don’t Let Me Go is romantic and beautiful and emotional and perfect. Cannot recommend enough.
