    Left me smiling
This is such a fun and lovely romance! It was not dark but not too light either. I have really grown to love Jae’s stories because they are just right. Midnight Couch was not too long as to take up days worth of reading but not too short that you feel like it needed more. It was a perfect book for waiting in Dr. offices or in line at the post office. You could shut it down for a bit without that sense of impending dread. Then when you go back to it you get swallowed up by the characters and the scene like you were never away. Jae often makes me smile, just goofy little grins, and this time was no different. You can never go wrong with Jae!

I really enjoyed this story, but it was too short (sigh). I hope that Jae will someday expand on these characters with a novella.
